Individual Workouts

In preparation for the upcoming season, individual workouts will resume this Thursday September 2. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind.

– Coaches can meet with player any time they want; no limitations are place on meetings.

– Up until September 15, coaches are allowed to work with groups of 4 (with ball) for a maximum of two hours a week.

– After September 15, coaches are allowed to have team workouts (with ball) for a maximum of two hours a week.

– Each individual player is afforded an additional six hours a week for strength and conditioning

– So a total of eight hours a week, two hours with a ball, six hours S/C
